		<description>Great question Bill. I think many people have a misconception about who pays the commision. The answer is the seller agrees to pay a certain commission when they list their home. If you as a buyer decide to purchase a listed property without a realtor you will not save any money. Although if you buy a For Sale By Owner property that is the only time that there are usually no commisions being paid and the seller should have the price set lower because they are not willing to pay a commision. Although many FSBO price there homes just as high as the ones that are listed with a realtor.</description>
